ARCHAELOGICAL DIG-CANCELLED (FEBRUARY 18, 2017 DATE ONLY)

UPDATE:

DUE TO THE DEMOLITION NOT BEING COMPLETED IN TIME, THE FEBRUARY 18, 2017 ARCHAELOGICAL DIG HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THE FEBRUARY 25, 2017 DIG IS STILL SCHEDULED. IF YOU WERE PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE 18TH, PLEASE JOIN US ON THE 25TH.

Grab your best digging tools and head on out to Frontier Town to dig in the remains of the Silver Spur.  As you know there is a lot of history to the land that Frontier Town is built on and during the demolition, we have discovered a treasure trove of items, including what appears to be relics of Native American tools, adobe brick and other items that we believe were used by Native Americans who were on this land long before us.

The $50.00 fee will buy you your own staked off section for 3 hours of glorious digging to see what treasures you can uncover.  You will need to bring your own digging tools, and please remember to dress appropriately for digging in the dirt.

Proceeds will be benefit The Cave Creek Museum and the Cave Creek 4th of July Fireworks Display equally.

Hurry, space is very limited, so please contact Kimberley at 623-533-7999 or Marc at 480-488-9129 for a reservation now.
